When to contact WebStore
Contact WebStore for help with ordering, purchasing, licensing, registration, renewals, or issues related to software downloads and activation.
We also work with departments on custom licensing solutions for classes, research groups, and specialized software requests.
For assistance with university computer permissions or hardware-specific issues, please contact the departmental IT staff who manage your device.
Opening a support ticket
Emailing webstore@illinois.edu automatically creates a support ticket for review by WebStore staff.
You may also submit a WebStore support form , which creates a service request in the same system.
To help us respond quickly, please include your software name and version, order number (if available), your operating system, and a brief description or screenshot of the issue.

Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
Holiday hours are posted on the WebStore homepage during university breaks.
